Great service, fair price and friendly staff. Despite getting the car ready a little later than expected due to Covid delays, I still received great customer service. Mostafa was always willing to answer and help with any questions and inquiries, and assisting in getting a good rate for financing my car. I receive calls checking up on how the car is and they are always willing to assist and go through with every step. Even was able to purchase new winter tires for a fair price from them. I recently bought my Nissan Altima coup, which I love, from Toronto Quality Motors. My credit wasn't the best, but the friendly and helpful staff, managed to get me approved at a really decent interest rate and a payment schedules that I can afford. The atmosphere and staff was refreshing, it was laid back yet professional. I wasn't hassled or forced like you'd expect at a used car dealership into any deals. Overall, it was a pretty good buying experience. I highly recommend these guys if you're looking for a quality used car at a reasonable price and even if your credit isn't exactly great.
